Q1.Can I have custom design with needed company logo or wording?
-Yes, you can. We collect a team of professional designers and are able to design as requested. Of course, we always /confirm/i the design before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.
Q2. How long will it take to produce?
-It all depends, large quantity will need more time. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)
Q3. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
-We are a manufacturer. we have CE, EN1176, ISO9001, ROHS and other certificates.
Q4.Can you customized the size for me?
-Yes, we can.
Q5.The product is too heavy. Can you make it lighter with the same material and size?
-No, we can't. But we can change the material for you to make that happen.
Q6.How many days will it take to produce and deliver?
-Usually it will need 20 days to produce the product. And another 15 days to deliver. But we are not the forwarding agent , we can't be sure.
Q7.Is it OK for the man who's over 70KG play on the bouncer?
-Yes, but of course that would reduce the life of the product.
